The Foundation Sol de Primavera is an Ecuadorian Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) without profit claim. Financial and operational support is allocated by two associations located in Switzerland which on their side gain active support from the Direction for Development and Co-operation (DEZA), a governmental branch belonging to the Department of External Affairs:
