Sol de Primavera is the name of our project in Quito, Ecuador. It means spring sunshine which stands for new life and hope. Sol de Primavera is a politically and religiously neutral project which primarily offers education and guidance to street children as well as providing a medical centre for the people living in Quito’s deprived areas and supporting the social and community work taking place there. The on-site staff are solely native Ecuadorians and the financial and operational support comes from Switzerland.
